I have a hunting lease available for rent for the 2024-spring 2025 year.
The property is located 10 miles due south of Paducah, Tx. It is 370
acres of gently rolling hills surrounded by farm ground. It was grubbed
about 12 years ago, so the mesquites are coming back, but it is mostly
open country. It is terraced, with several places that hold water for a
month or more after it rains. Whitetail, turkey, dove, quail, hogs, and
coyotes are plentiful. County water hook up is available on the north
side of the property.
Cattle will be on the property year round, so keeping exterior gates
closed is a must. No interior fences at all. Call/text/email for more
